Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

I don't accept returns

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order will pack securely , and will be tracked during delivery!
We pack each order very carefully, so that it gets to you safe and sound. We pack the items in the boxes, purposely designed for them. Then they are put in a bigger box with the filler to avoid damaging.
Gift wrapping is included in the price.

Please be sure to check the contents of the parcel immediately upon receipt, as in the event of damage to the goods without the presence of a postal worker, the recipient is responsible for the content and integrity! If you received the parcel without the presence of a post office worker and found damage - contact the post office immediately
